One of the greatest passions for our team is the ability to help and serve others in need, and we believe there is no better way to do good in this world than to help people who are disabled adults and make them independent and lead happy and healthy lives while in care with parents and loved ones. When the time comes to make decisions regarding your loved one's care, you may feel stressed and overwhelmed. However, you don't have to carry the burden of caregiving alone.
Comfort Care Disability Service is here to help you every step of the way. During an initial evaluation, one of our qualified and professional care managers (RNs, LPNs, BSWs, or RSWS) will assess your loved one's unique care needs so we can match him or her with the ideal caregiver to assist with daily activities.

Homecare Services
We assist people with learning disabilities and other complex care requirements in a location they call home, including children and adults. Home could be where they live with their family, at a supported living facility, or on their own. Every individual we support receives a service catered to their unique cognitive, physical, or mental health requirements in order to help them reach their goals and live as a contributing member of their community.
Simply put, we advocate for people to have the best possible chances to lead fulfilling lives wherever they call home. We collaborate with family members, local governments, clinical commissioning groups, and individuals who receive direct payments or their own funding.
With a variety of needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and more, we work with children, adolescents, and adults.
Personal Care Services
Assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with toileting and incontinence care. Mobility assistance, including walking and transferring.

SUPPORT LIVING
A combination of care homes and live-in care-supported living arrangements accommodates 2 or 3 individuals with disabilities. Our caregivers are available to assist residents in these accommodations with fundamental tasks and support their daily needs.
